Fitness and Nutrition Intro
 As an urban operator, sit-ups, jumping jacks and push-ups once a week is not going to cut it. To be physically ready to conduct an urban evasion operation one must be in PEAK physical condition. This means you will have to be able to run five miles while carrying your escape in evasion kit thru parking lots, upstairs, downstairs, thru buildings, uphill, thru canals and rivers, without losing stamina or slowing down and taking a break.

 This will require strenuous physical condition and proper nutrition. This training will include prolonged running, gear hauling, tree climbing, fence climbing and the like. All of which will be featured in articles on urbanevasion.com
